Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. you can bring dog. We allow up to 2 dogs on camping pitch with no extra charge, and up to 1 dog in our accommodation units costing £20 per stay.

We politely ask all dogs are kept on a short lead whilst on site and not allowed on furniture in accommodation. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time.

We have some amazing walks close by for exercising both on or off lead, ask in Reception for the best places to go.

Can I charge my Electric Car on site?

Currently we have no on site charging points for electric vehicles however it is something we are looking into. There are 3 public charging points withe a 4 mile radius of the site, the closest being at The Inspired Village in Tattenhall just 1.5 miles away.

Because cars draw the electric in a different way to a normal electric appliance we kindly ask under no circumstances must vehicles be charged on the premises as it can result in the power failing for the whole site. Any guest found to be doing so puts all our other guests at risk and therefore it is with regret will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Are open fires allowed?

Guests are welcome to have a fire provided it’s contained within a firepit and raised from the ground so as not to burn grass.

We have fire pits for hire from Reception along with bags of logs and firelighters for sell.
