To celebrate Fathers Day why not learn how to cook the perfect steak using nothing more than an open fire and shovel with renowned Chef Brian Mellor of Cheshire Chefs.
Gather round thier five foot firepit, pop yourself on a chair & sip something cold as the fire glows away. Once the flames subside the embers will be raked out and you’ll then be furnished with a shovel and a prime steak.
Brian will talk you through the cooking of a perfect steak and how to test the degree of cooking. Then it’s time to heat up your shovel, sizzle your steak to your liking and as it rests, load up your plate with Boston beans, salads and ‘slaw.
It’s time then to enjoy great food, good company and the Cheshire countryside.
